Jesus said, "Let the little children come to me..."
Matthew 19:14
We are excited about our growing opportunities for young children in our midst! Life in the faith family of Redeemer begins with Baptism. God is the active one - claiming and naming the child as God's own and "Beloved". Thus begins a relationship where God continually walks with each of us, eagerly desiring to grow that relationship of unconditional love and trust. Parents and sponsors take on an important role in providing the time and opportunities for each child to grow in understanding and participating in activities that nurture faith and service.
"SPLASH!" is the program for infants and toddlers that begins at birth and continues for 36 months. Yearly CDs and monthly mailings give tips on parenting and faith development and other aspects of growth and development. Each year we also host a "Candlelight and Caring" for parents to get to know one another and be strengthened in their own role as the first guides to faith for these young ones.
"RYM TYM TYKES" is a Sunday morning gathering of children from Age 3- Kindergarten. It is a short time together with songs, stories, and activities from 9-9:20 AM. Parents are encouraged to attend with their child. Following this time, children may attend worship with the family or parents may stay with them continuing to play in the nursery and listen to the service.
Following Jesus' Jesus' call to Baptize and Teach, we begin by praying for each of these children as they grow through these stages of life, and continue to support parents and families in their faith as well.

Join us for coffee and fellowship following the service! Children may join as well or play in the Nursery. All are welcome!
